If you require financial assistance for our services, we offer a *Sliding Fee Scale which is available for download here.

*Any patient who has a financial hardship for office visits should speak with our Intake Manager. BEW will help you determine if you are eligible for our sliding fee program. No one is denied services due to inability to pay therefor no co-pay will be needed.
